Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy (“Policy”) applies to the website knitmaxidress.com (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”) and outlines how Knitaria, part of the TwoSky Retail network, addresses copyright infringement notifications and how you (“you” or “your”) may submit a copyright infringement complaint.

Counter-Notification

  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where we are located.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice.

Repeat infringers may have their access to the Website and Services terminated.
