Refund & Return Policy
At Knitmaxidress, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Customized Products
All items sold through Knitmaxidress are custom-made or produced in limited batches specifically for your order. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of color/style.
Shipping Costs for Returns
In the rare event a return is accepted (e.g., for defective or incorrect items), all return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@twoskyretail.com within 3 days of delivery. We may request supporting photos and reserve the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- It has passed 14 days since delivery
- The item was purchased on final sale or with a discount code
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
